US Department of State Forms -- When a foreign national is applying for a visa with the US State Department overseas post, there are forms that must be submitted. This is a link to those forms. US Embassy/Consulate Websites -- The United States has Embassies, Consulates, and Diplomatic Missions throughout the world. Each U.S. post abroad has specific procedures for applying for immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. Visa Services: US Department of State -- There are many types of nonimmigrant visas, often referred to as alphabet soup. US Department of Labor Office of Foreign Labor Certification -- For certain visas, a foreign worker must be granted a foreign labor certification to be employed in the United States.
